About the Fanlisting

In general, a fanlisting is just a place for fans of a certain thing, such as a TV show, a band or in this case, a historical event, to come together to share their love. For more fanlistings, please visit TheFanlistings.org.

I created this fanlisting for the Kent State shootings because I grew up very close to where the shootings happened and through relatives and friends who were either there, knew someone who was there, or even one of the victims, I've become sort of an expert on the events leading up to and including May 4. The name Four Dead in Ohio was taken from the title of the Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young song "Ohio," which was written about the shootings. As for the layout, I used random pictures of May 4 I've scanned over the years from various books about the shootings.
